Decompression

Finally in tub; day is done. Some regulars shooting the breeze. OK by me but not too much. Clear the mind. A good day. The truck is running fine after last week's excursions blowing the injectors clean. Think to take a ride tomorrow but have been just about everywhere within 50 miles. Fossil Creek on agenda; that's a multiple day destination.

Saw an interesting PBS video about a Roman bath site being excavated near Ephesus in modern Turkey. Amazing simple hydraulic engineering. A central hearth generates heat to warm water flowing through clay pipes adjacent and hot air rising through and around portals in the walls. Nearby springwater, of course. Same idea - hot, cold stimulation refreshes. Only, instead of the codified shower before, they olive oiled up and scraped their skin.

Good news. After securing the Senior membership, found out I can go to any location which is good insofar as being more energized earlier in day when usually around central Phoenix for coffee. Right now, it's all about stretching and spinal flexion.
