Crunch It

Well, I'm in the tub. Feel better after letting that go. Much psychic pressure. Relax. Everything's going to be fine. It's just a movie. She's not real.

I've fallen off the wagon with regard to diet and exercise, which, no doubt, impacts mental status as well. Careless.

Here's my goal. LOL I recall going to sales meetings, motivational sessions. It was suggested that, in striving for spiffs and bonuses, to paste a Lexus or Miata in your brain. "We're so exited about this roll-out!"

Never paid them any mind. 

But one has got to do what you need to.
