There was a sparrow flitting in the bush but I wasn't fast enough. Settled for the fleur-de-lis plus. Was thinking... about the kids... how lucky they are with regard to computing.
I recall doing math with a slide rule, before calculators! One had to use your imagination transposing numeric statements to graphical images. Imaginary images like conic sections in the Calculus. Now, the screen instantly displays. Same goes for literature; just pull the books up. You don't have to go to the library to use the encyclopedia!
But most of all, if you had a girlfriend, you could send her flowers every day. Unless it's an intrusion, of course. And mention how blue the sky.
